Summary
During our 90 day testing period of this product we were both pleased and concerned. This product was rather comfortable to use and wear and the scent was pleasant. The ingredients in the product had us believing that this product may be effective; unfortunately it really was not that impressive.
Lets us clarify this statement. This product is a tremendous preventative product. If you are looking to stop future sagging and spotting this does an excellent job. Its use of vitamins and other active ingredients is balanced and pleasant. The problem comes in the actual treatment of existing symptoms. The concentration of this cream simply was not potent enough to penetrate the most established of indications. It left our skin more toned and refreshed but not improved. Our sagging skin remained as did our discoloration and deep creases on the neck and décolleté region, as did an overwhelming disappointment.
Our Stance
This is a difficult one. On one hand we want to reward BORBA for its preventative qualities and yet caution users as to its lack of therapeutic ones. We had quite a bit of debate on this one and we decided that this product is marketed to handle and treat existing issues. To the average consumers, they would feel that this product is ineffective and would not be focused on its preventative ingredients, as many of this product’s preventative qualities would never be visible. Therefore, we caution the use of this cream. This cream will not provide you with any visible signs of reduction in the aging of the neck. If you are hoping for your neck to look younger, we recommend that you pass on this one.
